- Yves POULLET, professor at the Law Faculty and director of the CRID, has been nominated as Rector of the University of Namur. More information here.

- New contract:
- The CRID's Unit "Liberties in the Information Society" starts the "INSPIRE - SPW" project: its mission consists on a legal support to the Walloon Region in order to transpose the INSPIRE Directive (2007/2/EC) in the Walloon legal framework. This project will last 12 months and the researchers involved are Cristina DOS SANTOS and Feyrouze OMRANI .

- Yves POULLET and Jean-Marc DINANT were invited as experts to the Council of Europe Consultative Committee on Data protection for discussing about the "Profiling" Recommendations, Strasbourg, 2-4 June.
