- On November 25, 2009 Robert QUECK presented a paper at the international conference on "Accelerating Competitiveness in Infocommunications: Regulatory Steps to be taken in Electronic Communications, Data Protection and Media Sectors". The conference which gathered European top level experts was organized at Budapest on November 24-25 by the Centre for Infocommunications Law of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (Institute for Legal Studies). The presentation addressed the issue of "Rules regarding NRA's after the review of the Regulatory Framework ".
- Jean-Marc DINANT has been a panelist, on behalf of the Council of Europe, for the workshops "behavioural marketing" and
"cloud computing" at the International Forum for Internet Governance, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, 15-18 November 2009.

- November 18 and 19, Yves Poullet attended the 'Conference francophone régionale sur le droit des technologies de l'information et de la communication : "Les enjeux de la confiance, principes, expériences, état des lieux, comment progresser ?"' He assumed the scientific direction and will synthesize works.
